WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

You will have 14 days from date of purchase to return your items if you are not fully satisfied. Returns must include the full and unused goods. Upon receipt of the goods back to us you will be issued a store credit or have your money returned, which ever you prefer.

WHAT ARE YOUR MELTS MADE FROM?

All of our melts are made with a rapeseed and coconut wax blend. Along with our amazing fragrance oils, all of our products are vegan and cruelty free. Each product is packaged in fully recyclable materials.

WHAT ARE YOUR CURRENT LEAD TIMES?

We aim to have all shipments made next working day, however, for some items this is not possible so we are currently working with a 3-5 working day lead time.
